Throughout her 12-years at KeyBank, Robbi has held various leadership positions across technology, consistently demonstrating her strategic vision and ability to drive innovation. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing AI-powered solutions that cater to both internal teammates and external clients, enabling KeyBank to stay at the forefront of technological advancement in the financial sector.

Charles is experienced in managing and leading Business Operations and Non-Financial Risk and Regulatory Compliance functions for the capital markets, wealth and asset management businesses. He is skilled at Risk Enablement and delivery of business driven transformation and complex change programs.

Charles is currently the COO for the Global Markets and Investment Banking business of Nomura in the EU and Switzerland. Prior to joining Nomura, he was the Group Head of Operational Risk at Allied Irish Banks. Before that he was in senior COO and Operational Risk leadership roles at UBS (where he was an MRT), Barclays, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. He started his career managing technology and field operations for the United Nations, supporting military peacekeeping and humanitarian missions.

Zahra has been a consultant for several Global Financial Institutions and Fintechs for over 20 years, including Barclays, Deutsche Bank, UBS Wealth Management, and ICBC Bank. Her expertise spans Financial Crime, Technology, Operations, and Transformation.

As the Financial Crime Strategist, Zahra has led change in creating policies and procedures, working with technology to automate risk-based client solutions, and designing bespoke, risk-based, anti-financial crime frameworks to enable digital service providers to launch and scale up. Zahra regularly contributes to research and panel discussions on the latest technological advancements, sharing her insights into understanding and harnessing AI’s transformative potential and ensuring its responsible and effective implementation.

Zahra holds an ICA International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering from the University of Manchester and is currently studying for the Executive Level ICA Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Crime Compliance. She is a member of the International Compliance Association, an advisory board member for several international RegTech committees, and a mentor and gender equality advocate for the WIBF.

Audie is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in quantitative analytics and data science. As Head of Quantitative Analytics and Data Science in Americas Finance, Audie leads a dedicated team that is focused on providing strategic insights and analytics to the business. With a primary focus on global wealth management financial advisor activities, the team uses machine learning and analytics to evaluate recruited financial advisors and their P&L projections, as well as predicting business division outcomes under various scenarios. In addition, Audie utilizes generative AI and model tuning tools, along with engineering design principles, to develop systematic solutions for business performance monitoring. Xiaoling (Sean) Yu is a SVP and Director of Model Validation at KeyBank. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry in different quantitative roles. His areas of functional expertise include Consumer and Commercial Credit Risk, Stress Testing and Capital Modeling, Allowance/Reserve, Comliance Modeling, Business Analytics, and Model Governance. Prior to Key, Sean was Sr. Group Manager of Quantitative Analytics and Model Development in PNC Financial Service Group. He started his financial services career in National City Bank as a Sr. Capital Allocation Analyst after worked as a Research Consultant at the Center for Regional Economic Issues of Case Western Reserve University. Sean has a Ph.D. in Economics from Case Western Reserve University, and a Master in Management Science and a Bachelor in Industrial Economics from Tianjin University.
